This was a programme organised at Ambalapuzha taluk on the lines of the LOK ADALAT. Prakash\nChennithala HRPM National President inaugurated the function, Former Lok Sabha Secretary General,\nMr.P.D.T.Achary delivered the keynote address.K.Kailasnath, Retired SP, P.C.Ramachandran\nNair, Retired SP, Cheriyan Varghese, Retired Joint SP, Josekutty Joseph, etc participated in the programme.\nHRPM received a more than 1000 complaints encompassing various departments and were able to dispose off 86 cases immediately and successfully. In addition, complaints were also received on mail. The major share of complaints have since been closed. Even complaints raised at the ‘Jana Samparka Programme’ of the CM of Kerala The programme received immense public attention and appreciation.
